Sofamark Product Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Sofamark product(s).
Sofamark would provide warranty services for products of Sofamark to customers under the following conditions.

 

Warranty Coverage:
1. The product should be bought from Sofamark Limited
2. Warranty coverage started from the date delivery purchased the product. Customers should retain their sales receipt or invoice.
3. Warranty would be valid under normal use for the applicable period. If the product cannot be repaired under the conditions of no stock, off production or any other reasons, Sofamark Ltd. Would replace the parts with functionally equivalent model.

 

Warranty Period:
Warranty period for the invoice date on or before 18th September, 2023:
- The warranty coverage only includes metal components and electrical parts. (Subject to the price of each item. Not including delivery charge, etc.)
1. 6 Month free on-site free maintenance for products of HK$ 5000 or below.
2. 12 Month free on-site free maintenance for products of HK$ 5001 or above.

Warranty period for the invoice date on or after 19th September, 2023:
- The warranty coverage only includes metal components and electrical parts.
1. 24 Month free on-site free maintenance for sofa category products, including sofa, sofabed, single recliner chair and single lift sofa chair. (not included designated items e.g. Gamba)
2. 12 Month free on-site free maintenance for non-sofa category products, including Dining Chair, Dining Table or other accessories.
3. In case of any dispute, the decision of Sofamark Limited shall be final.

 

Exclusions to the warranty:
1. Warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

a. Misuse by not following the instructions properly.
b. Any accidental, misuse or intentional damages causing malfunction.
c. Unauthorized repairing or modification done to the product.
d. Improper voltage supply
e. Normal wear and tear including seat cushion, leather, wooden parts and glass surface.
f. Transfer of ownership
g. Damage caused by acts of nature or natural disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, typhoons and
other natural disasters.
h. Dissatisfaction on the product other than its quality, e.g. product color, outlook, shape.
i. At the same time, Sofamark Ltd. Is not liable for any indirect loss, cost, or consequential damages caused by
the quality problem of the product, including loss of data, expected benefits and etc.
j. Damage by storing the product in a hot or humid location, or by submerging the product (water, coffee, beverage
and etc.)

2. Customers could not present their sales receipt with valid warranty label.
3. Accessories or gifts are not being covered.
4. In case of any dispute, Sofamark Ltd. reserves the rights for any final decision.

 

Warranty Notice:
1. Customers should provide the sales receipt or invoice when inspected.
2. Products would be considered as “Passed” in condition of passing the product investigation in default settings
as instructed by the manufacturer.
3. Sofamark would not take any responsibilities on the damage of the product during product investigations.
4. All repaired parts are the properties of Sofamark Ltd.
After the warranty period, the on-site inspection fee will be HK$350 per Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories. The charge for Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, etc is HK$450 (parts not included) In addition, the cost of structural components or electrical parts, all charges are based on the current inspection Price quotes for accessories.
